Return and Refund Terms

This policy explains the time allowed for returns, the condition products must meet, and how refunds are handled.

1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

Items must be returned in their original received condition, unworn or unused, with all tags and original packaging. A receipt or other purchase confirmation is also required.

2. Return Authorization

To open a return request, email PaatSumual@gmail.com.

If we approve the request, we will send a return shipping label and instructions explaining where and how to return the package.

Items mailed back without first requesting a return will be refused.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

Inspect your order when it arrives. Notify us immediately if an item is faulty, damaged, or not the item you ordered, so we can evaluate the problem and work toward a resolution.

4. Non-Returnable Merchandise

Non-returnable goods include perishable items such as food, flowers, or plants; customized or personalized products; and personal care goods, including beauty products.

We also do not accept hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Items purchased on sale and gift cards cannot be returned.

5. Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different product is to return your current item. Once the return is accepted, submit a separate order for the replacement.

6. EU 14-Day Right to Cancel

For products shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days without stating a reason. The product must be unused or unworn, with tags and original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

7. Refunds

We will send you an update after the returned product is received and inspected, advising whether the refund has been approved.

Where approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days. Financial institutions may take extra time to reflect the transaction.
